Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original gift packaging and shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
